Over the last few weeks, the team has been busy on finalising plans for the year ahead.
We’ve got a busy events calendar planned including the return of the Love Loughborough Gardeners’ Fair on the 6th April and then on the first Sunday of every month until October, the Love Loughborough Bike and Trike Show in April, Cocktail Week in May and the Car Show in June. You’ll find all the details on our website, where you can also add your events to our interactive calendar.
Planning is also underway for our spring campaigns which include Valentines Day, the Easter Bunny trail, and Cocktail Week, if you would like to find out more or get involved them please get in touch. If you are planning a promotion or window display for Valentine’s Day then please let us know and we’ll make sure we include in our online promotions including a Valentine’s Trail on our LoyalFree app.

We’re excited to bring a new program of digital and marketing training workshops to Loughborough BID businesses, fully funded thanks to the UK Government and the Loughborough Town Deal. The Business Training Support Hub is available to Loughborough BID Levy members only. To access all of our training and support you must be a BID Levy Member or Voluntary Levy Member.

Each month we are offering the chance to spend an hour in your workplace (or online if you prefer) with a marketing consultant discussing your business and helping you unpick some of the challenges your business is facing.
You can use the time as you see fit, whether that’s picking a consultant’s brain for ideas, running through an existing campaign, understanding the current state of your marketing or learning a specific topic side by side with someone who has expertise.

Knowing what to post – and when – for your business can be confusing. There are so many marketing methods and platforms to manage. How do you get your great business in front of the right people? How can you increase footfall and sales if your customers aren’t even seeing you?

In this exciting workshop we’ll set some goals for 2025, work out where your customers are, where you should be and what you should be doing to attract more customers to you. We’ll also teach you how to create better content with the help of the team at SOAK who are providing the stunning visuals.
We’ve made this an early evening event so you can arrive straight from work, get a drink and learn in a relaxing, friendly way while networking with others. Arrive from 17:30 and be gone by 20:00 at the latest.
